• Residential Heating Inspection
• Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Part 8, On-Site Sewage Systems
• Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Part 9, The House and Building Envelope
• Defects Recognition and Reporting
• Canadian Association of Home Inspectors Challenge Exam
• Wood Stove Code Compliance
• Wood Stove Basic Inspection
• Indoor Air Quality Resources

A report is provided at the time of inspection in the form of an easy-to-understand binder with check lists for each of the following categories:
• exterior
• structure
• electrical
• heating/cooling
• insulation
• plumbing
• interior
The reporting format meets the standards of practice approved by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors
